- Co-ordinated personal lending activities of four (4) branches in the network.
Branch Manager
- Held general responsibilities for all aspects of branch management, including managing a mixed portfolio of corporate and personal loans of approximately $30m.
- Led a team of thirty (30) persons in the provision of a wide range of retail services.

- Managed all aspects of the human resource function, including training, personnel development and career counseling for the complement of six hundred (600) employees.
